Shore Safe Properties LLC is a modern, forward-thinking property management company owned and operated by John Bass and Shannon Carroll. While Shore Safe is in its third year of operations, the experience behind the company runs much deeper.
Our mission is simple: provide guests with a truly Shore Safe Vacation while maximising and protecting our owners' investments through transparency, care, and proactive management.

Shore Safe was built on more than two decades of hands-on experience in the Ocean City, Maryland market. Founder John Bass brings over 20 years of coastal property management experience, including his role as Vice President of OC Solutions LLC — a respected name in the local vacation rental and property services industry.
OC Solutions LLC remains an active affiliate of Shore Safe, allowing us to leverage established systems, regional knowledge, and proven operational standards while continuing to innovate and evolve independently.

Shannon Carroll brings a strong operational and customer-focused background to Shore Safe, with management experience from Walmart — one of the largest and most process-driven organisations in the world. Her expertise in team leadership, efficiency, and customer satisfaction translates directly into how we manage properties, support guests, and communicate with owners.
