John brings over 20 years of coastal property management experience in the Ocean City market, including his former role as Vice President of OC Solutions LLC — a respected name in local vacation rental operations. His regional expertise shapes every system and standard we operate by.
Shannon Carroll
Shannon brings a strong operational and customer-focused background to Shore Safe, with management experience from Walmart — one of the world's largest and most process-driven organisations. Her expertise in team leadership, efficiency, and guest satisfaction means nothing slips through the cracks.
